Frequently Asked Questions

We accept payment by debit card or credit card and gift card over our website.   Payment must be made in full before orders are fulfilled and shipped. 

It’s rare but does happen that cases of delivery delays and lost packages may arise and orders may be damaged in transit.  

If your order comes irreparably damaged during transit we require you to take and submit a photo of the damaged order and email it to us along with your name and order number at service@vermontbotanicalfarm.com.  We require you mail the item back to us so that we may take it off the market.  We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund depending on your preference.   

We do not accept returns and refunds on open items in cases where a customer decides they no longer want an item.  Restocking fee is charged on returns. 

All order cancellation requests must be submitted by you and received by us prior to order shipping.  If you change your mind you must submit an email to service@vermontbotanicalfarm.com with your name and order number and request for cancellation.   

Please understand that our craft products are of artisan quality made on farm location and widespread use of promotional codes are generally for pushing mass produced products.   None the less, customers who place an online order, newsletter, or text message alert subscribers may receive promo codes as a way of saying thank you for your loyalty.
